Mr. House is a real estate investor, developer, project /construction manager and property manager. His business is located in Sausalito , CA . He has an extensive background in the real estate industry, with emphasis on land development, project and construction management, property management, condominium conversions, joint ventures and real estate valuation. Over 15 years, he’s completed real estate transactions in excess of $200 million across numerous real estate assets including: single-family residential, multi-family dwelling, office, retail, mixed-use and hotels. Mr. House actively researches for real estate investments in California and out-of-state markets that have growth and upside potential. He is a managing member in numerous joint venture real estate investments.

Prior to founding House Ventures, LLC in 2002, Mr. House was a principal owner for House Properties in San Francisco. His responsibilities were to assist in the due diligence for property acquisition of numerous classes of real estate.  He actively supervised all property development, operations, management and decision-making for numerous real estate assets held by House Properties.

Prior to joining House Properties in 1993, Mr. House worked as a real estate appraiser with Property Sciences in Walnut Creek, California. During this time at Property Sciences he performed narrative and form appraisal reports for residential and commercial properties, with emphasis on deferred maintenance properties. Before joining Property Sciences, Mr. House worked as a project manager with M.F. David & Associates in San Anselmo, California. His responsibilities included planning, scheduling, directing and controlling the development of custom and tract homes.

Mr. House has a Masters in Operation and Production Management, with a field of interest in Project Management, from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Reno. He is an active member of the Meadow Golf Club and the Olympic Club in the Bay Area.
