Security Deposit amount will be negotiated by the owner prior to executed rental contract. The deposit is not applicable to rent and will be refunded, less damages and charges, within twenty-one days of your departure.  

Rates 

$1,000 to $2,500/night.  
Owner will negotiate rate based on season and holidays.  
Minimum five night stay.
$200 non-refundable cleaning deposit.
