Location

Thunder Spring is located on the "saddle" between Highway 75 and Sun Valley road, one mile north of downtown Ketchum, Idaho. Residents will benefit from the proximity to year-round resort attractions including Bald Mountain, voted the best ski mountain in the United States, located within two miles of the development, and the Sun Valley Lodge, just one half mile from the community. There are also three world-class golf courses as well as the leading ice skating and Nordic ski training centers.

Within the community, residents will enjoy amenities including athletic club/fitness center, spa, golf clubhouse, an indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts, and Nordic skiing. To ensure resort-style service, Thunder Spring will also provide a concierge with onsite property management.

Adjacent to Thunder Spring is the Bigwood Golf Course, which features a recently improved nine-hole course. This facility will be under Wareham's control when a 200-year ground lease commences with the retirement of the current owner.
